HOW CAN I MEASURE MYSELF THE CORRECT WAY?

Use a tape measure to measure yourself and hold the tape firmly around the 3 points. Wear minimal clothing. This way, the results are the most realistic.

CLOTHING

1. Chest measures across the fullest part of your chest and straight around your back.
2. WAIST measures across the narrowest part of your abdomen.
3. HIP measures at the widest part of your hip and make sure the tape is straight.
